The Eggs 'n Issues breakfast meeting met Tuesday at Famous Sams.
These meetings are sponsored monthly by the Rim Country Regional Chamber of Commerce and Payson Regional Economic Development Corporation and chaired by Lou Adams of Adams Business Dimensions.
Adams spoke on alternatives to rising health plan costs. Other speakers included Stephanie Tangemen of Seely, Mullins and Associates, who spoke on new changes in tax law and Kevin Dick of Edward Jones, who spoke on market forecast and retirement planning for small businesses.
They all stressed the need to have a team of professionals help make informative decisions regarding investments and taxes.
These forums are so informative and interesting. I urge anyone who can to attend. Even though they are geared towards business, the issues are relevant to us all. Besides, you get a great breakfast at a great price!
