Dorothy Jonker, 92, died Oct. 8, 2003 at Palm Valley in Goodyear, Ariz.
She was born in Rhode Island, moved to Chicago, married and had two children.
Mrs. Jonker was widowed after just three years, and went to work as an executive secretary while raising her daughters. She retired to Tonopah, Ariz. in 1970.
She is survived by her daughters, Valerie (Alton) Zarbock of Tonopah, Ariz. and Norma Anne (Marvin) Joachim of Payson; granddaughters, Elizabeth (Jerry) Twombly of Payson, Laura (Stace) Williams of Peoria and Dorothy Howard of Glendale; grandsons, Leonard Setla of Payson and David Setla of Phoenix; 11 great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren.
Memorial services will be held Saturday, Oct. 18 in Tonopah, Ariz.
