Francis Albert Cline, Sr., 83, of Young, Ariz., died at his residence Oct. 23, 2003. He was born in 1920 in Craig County, Okla.
He was a resident of Arizona for 78 years. His occupation was a driller, and he was self-employed in a lumber company.
He is survived by his wife Wanda of Young; sons: Francis Cline, Jr. of Young and Jerel Cline of Tucson; daughters: LaVern McKelvey of Young, and Lynette Carter of Florida; sisters: Bessie Turner and Lucille Breeden, both of Young, brother, Raymond Cline of Payson; and sisters-in-law: Elizabeth Cline and Phyllis Cline of Globe, Ariz., and Geraldine Cline of Prescott Valley, Ariz.; 19 grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren.
Mr. Cline was preceded in death by his son, Ronald E. Cline.
There was a visitation Saturday, Oct. 25 at Lamont Mortuary Chapel, with the funeral service Sunday, Oct. 26 at the graveside, followed by interment, in Young Cemetery, Young, Ariz.
