The Payson Area Habitat for Humanity is cleaning house. Its construction storage areas are overflowing and because of changes in plans, many of the items can no longer be used, so a parking lot sale will be held.
The sale of construction materials is planned for Saturday, Sept. 20 in the west end of the Bashas' parking lot, beginning at 6:30 a.m.
The items will be building materials donated to the program: sheets of sheetrock, windows, doors, cabinets, ceramic tiles, cultured marble vanity tops, nails, hinges and more.
To round out the sale, PAHH is looking for donations of household items. It needs clean and working items in addition to clothes, toys, books, dishes, etc., but no more building materials.
The items being donated to the sale should be brought to the sale site between 6:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m., Saturday, Sept. 20 only. Tax receipts to show your contribution to the non-profit PAHH will be available.
Help PAHH build its bank account so it can help build decent, affordable and healthy homes for Rim country residents in need.
