First of all, we'd like to thank you for your overwhelming support while we were at KRIM Radio. You, our listeners, were our greatest joy. We extend heartfelt and sincere thanks to the many sponsors and businesses who believed in us and supported us so genuinely in our efforts to bring something special to the Payson area -- multi-format public radio.
It's been said, "There's always two sides to a story," and we have found this to be very true. Whether we "resigned" or we were "asked to step down" is a moot point. The bottom line is we are no longer affiliated with KRIM Radio. You have no idea how difficult this is for us.
We were delighted to do our part willingly in building KRIM from its inception, with hard work, dedication and a constant belief in our mission statement: To provide true musical diversity for the Payson area and to support the musical and creative arts here in the Rim County.
We have always taken pride in being honorable and ethical people. We took great pleasure in bringing KRIM to you, our listeners, our wonderful community. You have embraced KRIM Radio as a welcome addition to Rim country --nd, in doing so, you have embraced us as well.
Please know, while we are saddened to no longer have the opportunity to be a part of KRIM, we will forever be thankful to you for your support and allowing us to become a part of your lives. We will close this letter, as we often closed "Good Morning, Payson" --God bless you, and as always, keep it safe."
With heartfelt sincerity,
John and Lu Carpino, Payson
