Quality Plus

Gary and Rosemary Reed are the owners of Quality Plus, your hometown source for office supplies, office machine sales and service, and toner cartridge recharging.

The Reeds business philosophy is service, service, service. Their customers are their friends and neighbors, and they want to treat everyone this way.

If you need a new ribbon on your typewriter and forgot how to put it on, just bring in your typewriter when you purchase your ribbon and Gary will show you how it's done and put it on for you.

"If we don't have what you are looking for, just ask us to keep your items in stock and we will make sure we always have what you need on hand," they said.

Before you pick up that Reliable, Viking or Quill national mail order catalog, give the Reeds the opportunity to provide you with a quote on your office-supply needs. They have a free catalog with over 25,000 products and you can even see our catalog online at our website.

The Reeds deliver your office supplies to your business the next day at no extra charge. You can fax in a request for a quote to (928) 474-8170 and we will get it right back to you so you can see just how much you are saving before you place your order.

"We can recharge your toner cartridge for about half price or less," they said. "When you drop off your toner cartridge, you can usually get it back within the hour, to keep you up and running for less money."

They also stock most inkjet cartridges and our prices are very competitive. You can save even more money by using our inkjet refill kits for your inkjet cartridges. You can also save money with our generic inkjet cartridges and generic film ribbon for fax machines.

Gary has 35 years experience repairing office equipment. Though office equipment has changed over the last 35 years, Gary has kept up with all the latest technology. Gary knows when you have office equipment down it affects your business. He tries to diagnose the problem quickly.

The Rim Internet Services

The Rim Internet Services offers fast dial-in Internet access for The Rim, the White Mountains, Phoenix and Tucson --eaturing the new, faster V.92 dial-in access with no busy signals and professional support. This past year, The Rim also has added dial-up DSL, more lines and more bandwidth.

The Rim offers Internet e-mail accounts with virus and porn protection and spam filters. The Rim features community websites with information displayed for area attractions and resources.

The Rim Internet Service business philosophy is The Fast Will Beat the Slow. We offer fast servers, fast support and fast connections and speed.

Our target markets are the homes and small businesses who want personal, professional Internet services -- fast.

During 2002, the Rim Internet Services upgraded all its equipment to the new, faster V.92 modems. Most new client computer systems come with V.92 modems installed, though we have found that most Internet providers are not going with this new faster speed. V.92 compatibility also offers the availability to receive phone calls while you're on line.

Unusual facts about our business include the fact that we offer large enough service to supply all demands, and we are small enough to offer very personal service. Our staff of six technicians and support personnel have averaged over five years of service. The staff built and runs all of our servers, and can address any problems with immediate access to servers and accounts.

The Rim Internet Services' main offices are located in Lakeside, Arizona. Since 1996, we have opened services in Show Low, Snowflake, Springerville, Heber, Phoenix, Casa Grande, Tucson and Payson. All of our dial-in accounts can access their services from any of our cities.

With the new faster speeds of V.92, dial-up services, and our reduced cost for Internet access, we foresee steady, continued growth. Most of our clients use our services because they were referred to us from an existing client. We have found that the faster we grow, the more referrals we receive. We expect to continue our growth, by maintaining very personal services within our communities, as well as opening new markets in the state within the next year.

The Rim's main headquarters is at 3100 W. Highway 260, Lakeside. Our business hours are from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., Saturday. You can reach us toll free at (888) 250-1694.
