A Little Background On Moore

In answer to Larry Brophy's letter about "Fahrenheit 9/11" being a "must see" -- he needs to apply some caution before he follows this great leader, Michael Moore, off the cliff.

Back in Michael's political days in Flint, Mich., he was with the Socialist party.

During one campaign, when he was leading the battle for a Socialist state representative candidate, they proposed that the government force all auto plants be converted to tractor manufacturing. Their reasoning was that it would clean up the environment while feeding the world.

I agree that Michael is entertaining, but facts and truth have never been a hindrance to him. Truth was not his concern in his past films and certainly is not in this film -- to call any of his work a documentary is naive or an untruth depending on the source.
