Quinn Cremer has been named the new manager of the Wal-Mart Supercenter in Payson. Cremer, who has more than 15 years of experience, began his duties on July 24.

"The chance to work here in Payson is a great opportunity for me," said Cremer. "My commitment is to work with our associates to serve our customers and to be the best partner for this community that we can be."

Cremer began his Wal-Mart career in 1988 in the management training program in Albuquerque, N.M. After completing the program, he was promoted to assistant manager in Montrose, Colo., and held the same position in Renton, Wash., and Marlow, Okla.

He was promoted to store manager in Lindsay, Okla. He worked as co-manager in Supercenters in Altus, Okla., and Lawton, Okla., the last position he held before being promoted to store manager in Payson.

"We are excited to have Quinn join the team here in Payson," said Wal-Mart District Manager Greg Sullivan. "He has shown strong leadership skills and will be a great asset to the store and the community."

Cremer has been active with Mobile Meals, and the Chamber of Commerce. As part of Wal-Mart's commitment to enhancing the quality of life in the communities it serves by being personally involved in the community, he plans to support local organizations through the company's Good Works community involvement program.

Cremer and his wife, Lisa, have a daughter, Katrina Holguin, 16.
