I heard the other day on a program a man took fleas and put them in a jar with a lid on it. After a while the fleas didn't try to get out. Later on he put a new flea in the jar and it jumped right out and with that all the other fleas jumped out also.
Sometimes we get in such a rut that we forget to think outside the jar. New blood with new ideas are very important to a healthy community. Get involved and make a difference.
