The Rim Club, located east of Payson, has been rated by Golfweek magazine as the No. 1 residential golf course in Arizona and the top private golf course in the state. It has also been ranked the No. 1 course west of the Carolinas.

As part of the package, Leadbetter and fellow golf pros will play and provide instruction throughout the tournament.

Also included are golf clubs courtesy of Callaway Golf, overnight accommodations, and dinner for the tournament participants at the Rim clubhouse. The meal will be prepared by five-star, five-diamond Chef Andreas Sellner. Guests also will receive a fitness assessment by Katherine Roberts' Yoga for Golfers.

The package will be auctioned at the inaugural "Drive the Dream" festivities at the Barrett-Jackson Classic Car Auction Jan. 26, 2005. All proceeds from the auction will benefit ChildHelp USA.

The charity is one of America's leading organizations in the field of child abuse prevention, intervention and treatment.

According to Larry Throneburg, the Rim Golf Club's vice president of sales and marketing, attracting Leadbetter to the benefit will be a boost for both the tournament and charity.

"Including him in the auction package should help raise a great deal of funds for ChildHelp," he said.

The Rim Club is east of Payson off Highway 260. It has been rated by Golfweek magazine the No. 1 residential golf course in Arizona for the past three years and the top private golf course in Arizona. It has also been ranked the No. 1 course west of the Carolinas.
