How about a tax for sidewalks?

Senior citizens and others should support a special tax to be used for sidewalks and other street improvements. We are not a one-horse town anymore.
If Cottonwood and other towns can have good roads, then why not us?
Seven people were almost hit while walking on the north side of Forest a while back.
Bentley Street is worse than Forest. School children walking to school are in real danger of getting hit by a sleepy driver.
Let's support a tax and perhaps save a life and the town from a lawsuit. Councilors, get on the ball.
