Rebekah Lynn Hodges, 17, of Payson, died May 27, 2004 in Strawberry.
She was born Sept. 2, 1986 in Payson.
Survivors are Gama, Alice Mathews; brother, James Hodges; uncles, Pete Hillgren, Wesley Phillips and Kenle Phillips; great-aunt, Kathy Haught; cousin, Amelia Haught; and special friend, Jeremy Simko.
A graveside service was held June 3 at Payson Pioneer Cemetery.
