Spring Planting For A New Life


The first day of spring 2004, the men and women of the Payson Area Habitat for Humanity will help Julie Hill and her family plant seeds for a new life in their own home.

PAHH will have groundbreaking ceremonies for its 11th Rim country home at 10 a.m. Saturday, March 20.

The three-bedroom home site is at 2100 N. Carrell Circle in Payson Ranchos.

Charles Proudfoot, president of PAHH, will officiate, with Mel Munchinsky, pastor of the Payson United Methodist Church, speaking. The Payson UMC congregation has worked for four years to raise $15,500 toward building the Hill home.

Everyone is invited to attend. Park at the Rock of Ages Lutheran Church and use the shuttle service between 9:15 a.m. and 11:30 a.m.
