In response to Larry Brophy's letter of March 23:
I would like to let Mr. Brophy know that I for one am very happy with the tax cuts President Bush gave us. Having said that, I have a suggestion for Mr. Brophy and anyone else, including some wealthy people who are not happy with the tax cuts: As a group, figure out how much you received and return the extra money (I guess you don't need it) to the IRS, asking that it be used for the four programs he talks about. Mr. Brophy could lead this program to see that it would get accomplished.
