The killing of Grant Kuenzli by Harold Fish is an inexplicable tragedy.
I saw Grant and his dog, Maggie, at the off-leash dog park frequently. Maggie is a beautiful, gentle dog, who loved Grant very much.
I find it impossible to acquiesce Harold Fish's account of the happening. He had time to observe and interpret Grant's body language, look into his eyes and determine "he had that look." Rather than shoot the dog that was supposedly attacking him, he decided to shoot Grant --ot once, but three times. To me, these actions seem well calculated and deliberate.
Grant, you will be missed. Harold Fish, you killed an exceptional person.
