I, along with many others, enjoyed watching the rodeo parade. I must say that I was very concerned to see our current District One county supervisor riding on the same float with one of the candidates currently running for the District One supervisor's position. This brings to mind an old saying that "birds of a feather flock together."
For those of us who are concerned with the existing county government and its integrity, we might take this to mean that a status quo situation is in the making.
I strongly suggest that all voters do some research on what has occurred in the last term of office. If you feel that change is necessary, then vote accordingly for a candidate that will represent the majority of the citizens, not the special interest groups, a candidate with grass roots ideologies.
