The Payson Area Habitat for Humanity is hosting dedication ceremonies for its latest home.
The Hill House, at 2100 N. Carrell Drive, in the Payson Ranchos subdivision, will be dedicated at 2 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 26.
This is the 11th home PAHH has built in partnership with the family that will occupy the structure -- In this case the family is Julie, Jamie and Brian Hill.
As part of the dedication ceremony, those attending are encouraged to bring housewarming gifts for the family in the tradition of an old English pounding. Among the family's requests: Gain laundry soap and dryer sheets; Palmolive dish soap and dishwasher soap; Dove bar soap; Clairol Herbal Essences shampoo and conditioner; Charmin toilet paper; Bounty paper towels. Non-perishable food items the family could use are Kraft macaroni and cheese; Hamburger Helper; Froot Loops and Honey Nut Cheerios cereal; apple, strawberry kiwi and grape juices.
Parking is limited at the home site, so PAHH volunteers will provide shuttle service to the Hill home from the Rock of Ages Lutheran Church at the corner of Airport and McLane Roads.
