Hazel LaNita West, 72, died Aug. 2, 2004 in Phoenix. She was born Jan. 15, 1932 in Vandervoort, Ark.
Mrs. West moved to Payson in 1986, and was a resident until she became ill last year.
She is survived by her three sisters, Gracie Parnell, Nolus Winters and Belva Farless; six children, Sharon Yarbrough, Randell West, Rhonda Coe, Rachelle West, Gary Steven West and Denise West; 18 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Oct. 11 at Mountain Bible Church on Rancho Road in Payson.
