Donald R. Miller, 91, died April 9, 2005 in Payson. He was born April 2, 1914 in Chicago, Ill.
In 1937, Mr. Miller received his master of music degree in violin. He was a World War II Army veteran.
Mr. Miller married Lorene Dillard in 1948 and they moved to Arizona in 1952.
He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Lorene; daughter, Donna (David) Brown; son, Robert (DonEtta) Miller; grandchildren, Pam Leffel, Douglas Brown, Gary Miller and Kimberly Miller; five great-grandchildren; and sister-in-law Lucille Cherry.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister.
A celebration of life will be held at 2 p.m., Sunday, April 17, 2005 at the United Methodist Church in Payson.
