The taxpaying, electoral public should resent mandatory water-use restrictions as currently enforced.
We resent that we could be ticketed for water, but the golf courses, developers, and gated communities are allowed to have, and to waste, all the water they want to.
Should there be any doubts, just look around at the waste, and the damage this waste has caused to the water supply. One example is Mayfield Canyon, where the water table has dropped, the wells appear to be going dry, and the old growth trees are dead -- yes, DEAD.
This is an example of water use mismanagement, "Suck It Dry," of water imported into Payson. Is Star Valley next?
