Michael S. Mugrage, 44, of Payson, died Dec. 15, 2005. He was born Nov. 1, 1961 in Baltimore, Md. to Larry D. and Hilda Mugrage.
He was a nationally renowned cartoonist, most recently with The Payson Patriot.
Mugrage was a friend and companion of nine years to Suzanne Michaels. He is also survived by his father, Larry, of Chambersburg, Pa.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Hilda.
A memorial will be held at a later date.
