Henry Edward Stueve, 76, of Payson, died Feb. 15, 2005 in Scottsdale, Ariz. He was born March 30, 1928 in Melrose Park, Ill.
Mr. Stueve farmed successfully for more than 30 years in Illinois, after which he retired to Payson with his wife of 58 years. Throughout his life, he remained lovingly dedicated to his family and friends, was active in his community, and an everlasting example of hard work, integrity and compassion to us all.
He is survived by his wife, Ruth Stueve of Payson; daughters Jill McKeel of Black Canyon, Ariz. and Eileen Below of Summerville, S.C.; sons: Brian Stueve, of Tacoma, Wash., and Henry Stueve of Phoenix, Ariz., and seven grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Emneline Stueve, and brother, Bill (Doc) Stueve.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 19 at Messinger Payson Funeral Home, 302 W. Aero Road. Burial will be by cremation.
