Q: Are the arrows in the post office parking lot going to be repainted to help direct traffic and avoid accidents?

A: Kathy Almendarez, post master, said the arrows are repainted every year for safety purposes. The entire parking lot was repaved in August and the arrows and parking stripes were put down at that time.

Q: What is the Rim Country Regional Chamber of Commerce doing to help promote the Hashknife Pony Express visit to Payson?

A: Tina Bruess, executive director of the chamber, said the Pony Express commemorative mailers and posters are currently on sale at the chamber office and on Jan. 28, the first meet and greet of 2005 will be at the Ox Bow Saloon and feature the Hashknife riders. The chamber is also a sponsor of the event.
