A few weeks ago under the caption of "Food For Tabs," you printed a letter from Pat Cline saying how much she, and Nansi Conrad, appreciated receiving the tabs from cans donated to the Payson Humane Society.
I would like to clarify something I thought everyone knew: Ronald McDonald House is a place where parents can stay while their children are in the hospital when they do not have the money to stay in hotels or motels.
It is a place where they can stay and be near their children who may have life-threatening illnesses.
It does not have anything to do with "food."
And, yes, we certainly do appreciate all the tabs we may receive to turn over to Ronald McDonald House for this reason.
