In March, I received a phone call from an MCI agent. He explained their services, and I was made to believe that I could save $4 per month for the same service I was getting from Qwest Communications. I agreed to change my phone service to MCI.

I just received my first bill from MCI and it is $5.49 more than Qwest for the same service I had.

The tax portion was $10.67 on Qwest, and $16.15 on MCI. MCI's bill is $59.20, and my last month's total for Qwest was $39.45.

There was an operator assistance charge on the MCI bill for $1.90. That was the only difference. So, neighbors, beware!
