Clarence Nathan Moore, Jr., 79, of Payson, died Oct. 22, 2005. He was born Jan. 28, 1926 in Kenesaw, Neb. to Clarence Nathan Moore and Iva Pearl (Stover) Moore.
Mr. Moore was an Army veteran of World War II. He was the owner of an insurance agency, from which he retired, and a member of the board of the First Church of the Nazarene in Payson.
He is survived by his wife, Ardis Marie (Eden) Moore of Payson; daughters, Linda June (Darrell) Miers and Pamela Ann (James) Leonardo; sons, Dennis Lee (Lois) Moore, Arthur Ronald (Linda) Moore and Stephen Terry (Phyllis) Moore; 14 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence and Iva Moore; and sister, Bernice Ann Varney.
Services will include visitation at 10 a.m. Oct. 25 at the First Church of the Nazarene, followed by a celebration of life at 11 a.m.
Interment will be at Mount Hope Cemetery in Omaha, Neb.
