A collision between a logging truck and a Volkswagen passenger vehicle closed the westbound lane of Highway 260 in Star Valley for about 25 minutes Sept. 28.
Department of Public Safety Officer Tim Merrill said the driver of the vehicle pulled out onto the roadway and the rear of the car was clipped by the logging truck.
The car spun and stopped, facing east in the westbound lane beside the truck, Merrill said.
Witnesses said it looked as if the car went under the truck, but Merrill said that was not the case.
The driver of the vehicle and the two passengers in the car suffered minor injuries, the officer said.
The driver and one passenger were transported to Payson Regional Medical Center and the second passenger was transported by air to Scottsdale Osborn Medical Center.
The driver of the car was cited for failure to yield at a stop sign.
