I moved to Payson, a beautiful town, just eight months ago to be with my sister, as well as enjoy the great weather. I have read all about the water problem with Payson and Star Valley. It's hard to believe a small town can be so political.
I think it was 1,900 Payson residents who signed a petition to get Prop. 2098 on the ballot so the people could vote on it. But, the council seemed to ignore what the people wanted. Wouldn't it be great if those 1,900 people, and maybe even more, "marched" to the next town council meeting? Maybe then the council would consider listening to what their constituents (the people of Payson) want.
Looking forward to a new council.
