Colin Howard Brown, Sr.


Colin Howard Brown, Sr., 46, of Gulf Breeze, Fla., died Aug. 21, 2006 in Gulf Breeze, Fla.

Mr. Brown was born in Tucson on May 24, 1960, to Howard L. and Colleen D. Benner Brown and had been a resident of the Northwest Florida area since 1990, moving there from Arizona.

He was a U.S. Army veteran, serving in the 82nd Airborne as a medic with combat experience.

Mr. Brown enjoyed sky diving, scuba diving, mountain climbing, surfing and boating.

He was the owner and operator of his own computer store, MicroGuys Computers.

Mr. Brown was preceded in death by his brother, Todd Brown.

He is survived by his wife, Ronda Victery Brown of Gulf Breeze, Fla.; parents, Howard and Colleen Brown of Payson; sons, Tyler Colin Brown, Logan Robert Brown, and Colin Howard Brown, Jr. of Gulf Breeze, Fla.; brother and sister-in-law, Heath and Tina Brown of Peoria; sister and brother-in-law, Tracy and Robert Turner of Payson; and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service celebrating the life of Colin H. Brown, Sr., was held on Friday, Aug. 25, at Coast Community Church in Gulf Breeze, Fla.
