I am currently an eighth-grader at Rim Country Middle School. In the few weeks since school has been in session, we have had two reported cases of vandalism.
Last year, the RCMS student council bought expensive lettering to show our school spirit, and to beautify our school. The vandals have broken two of the letters in an attempt to pry them from the wall.
I am disappointed that people are ruining the school my friends and I attend. I wish everyone (student or not) would take pride in keeping our school a pleasant and enjoyable place to be.
Thanks for your time.
Caleb Harrison, Eighth-Grade Vice President, RCMS
