TOP Striders will be led by a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer who will design sensible workouts for the group and provide general advice on various health and fitness issues.
If you'd like to become a member, sign up begins Dec. 1 and the cost is $25 per person, which includes a bottle of water and the use of a pedometer for each walk. Drop-in participation will also be permitted for the cost of $2 per day.
