A hearing to reaffirm the release conditions of Rigoberto Arrazola was held Jan. 30 in Maricopa County Superior Court.
Present at the hearing, held in the office of Judge Michael Gordan, were prosecuting attorney Krisitin Knudsen, public defender Amy Nguyen and Arrazola.
The meeting was held to confirm that Arrazola was meeting all his release conditions and to reaffirm what they were, Superior Court Public Information Officer Karen Arra said.
Arrazola is residing in a Step-One residential treatment facility, he has checked in with pretrial services as required and he cannot drink alcohol or drive, Arra said.
Also, Arrazola is subject to random drug testing.
"He is meeting all his release conditions," Arra said.
Arrazola, the suspected-drunk driver who killed three members of a Payson family last summer, was released Jan. 13 from Maricopa County Jail after posting a $35,000 bond.
He is scheduled to appear at a trial management conference March 29. His trial, which has been postponed twice, is to begin April 3.
