Forest Closures, Fire Restrictions Should Be Better Marked

Editor:

Why doesn't the ADOT sign over Highway 260 in Star Valley have constant updates on forest closures, fire restrictions and other information at all times? It is rarely used and I think that because we taxpayers paid for it, ADOT (or whoever controls it) should have informational messages on it all the time. [See related What's Up.]

Many people coming up here don't know about the forest closures and need the information. Also, it would help if the Forest Service put yellow closure tape and signs on more of the side roads in the area. The present closures are not well marked.
