If North Korea's missile testing is "provocation," as it was called by American leaders, then what do you call bombing, invading and occupying a completely non-threatening oil-rich country? I'm thinking it would be called "crimes against humanity."
Maybe North Korea's "provocative" act is really just "self-defense" against a perceived evil empire.
