Gila Community College recently welcomed Susan Blazevich and Linda McLennan as full-time nursing instructors for the school's Registered Nursing (RN) Program.
Blazevich comes to GCC from Central Arizona College where she was a professor of nursing for the past four years. Blazevich holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Iowa and a Master's of Science degree in nursing from Arizona State University. She brings over 20 years of experience to the program. Blazevich has expertise in the area of developing curriculum and distance education courses in the field of nursing.
Linda McLennan comes to GCC from Riverside, Calif. McLennan earned her Bachelor of Science Nursing degree from Wayne State University in Detroit, Mich. She brings over 10 years experience to the school. She has experience teaching Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA). McLennan is responsible for teaching CNA courses and the clinical component of the RN program at GCC.
