Robert Patrick Price, 56, died on June 22, 2006 in Payson while waiting for a liver transplant. He was born on June 7, 1950 in Keokak, Iowa.
Mr. Price was a partner in a Phoenix business where he fabricated and machined tools and parts for the medical field.
He served in the U.S. Navy in Vietnam.
He is survived by his wife, Diane Price; his 6-year-old daughter, Bobbi-Rose; his mother; two brothers and a sister.
He was preceded in death by his father and younger brother.
A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. July 22 at Pine Hall.
