I am hopeful that we are successful in recalling and replacing Horton and Brown on the Payson School Board.
I have listened to and read too many complaints about the inadequacies and failings of the board. I am hopeful that replacing those who have contributed to these poor decisions will move us forward as a stronger and wiser school district.
Two years has been long enough for Horton and Brown to prove themselves.
