So let me be clear about the Tuesday editorial in the Roundup on moving up the date to swear in the new council and mayor. It is the position of the editor that when tradition has been to not adhere to the law, tradition should be followed rather than the law as written. Perhaps the editor also feels that this same logic should be applied to border security.
It seems to me something has changed within the past few months at the Roundup, and to this subscriber the changes have led to a poorer quality publication. Just my opinion.
