In a What's Up question published June 9, the Payson Unified School District listed numbers of teachers who had resigned, retired or did not have their contracts renewed. In 2004-2005, 32 teachers resigned, retired or did not have their contracts renewed. In 2005-2006, the number was 28, plus one teacher who took a leave of absence.
