Q: Can people who own a home in a residential area of Payson park a travel trailer next to their house and have people living in it?
A: From a town perspective, homeowners can park a travel trailer next to their home but that travel trailer cannot be used as living quarters or as a storage room according to Ray Erlandsen, zoning administrator for the Town of Payson.
With that in mind, he said that the Town does realize that people have visitors who might stay in a travel trailer, but two weeks is the generally accepted visiting time.
