Edward Joseph Labash, 78, of Payson, died Nov. 17, 2006. He was born May 25, 1928 in Chicago, Ill. to Joseph and Katherine Labash.
He moved to Payson in 1996 with Laurel, his wife of 34 years. They moved from Simi Valley, Calif. after he retired from Rockwell International.
He was an Army veteran of World War II.
He was a bronco rider in rodeos and a cowboy at heart until he passed. His passions included bingo, astrology and numerology.
He was preceded in death by his brother George Frank Labash.
Survivors include his wife Laurel; brother, Charles and sister Alice; one son and a daughter-in-law, four stepsons, two stepdaughters, 10 grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.
