Payson Senior Center Menus

The Payson Senior Center serves a hot meal at noon weekdays in the dining room at 514 W. Main St. No membership is required. Cost of the meal is $3 for persons 60 and older, $5 for those younger than 60. Meals also can be delivered to homebound individuals.

Reservations must be made one day in advance. Call (928) 474-4876.

The menu for October is as follows:

Oct. 3: Baked chicken, Japanese veggies, scalloped potatoes, berries, roll

Oct. 4: Pork roast, gravy/ stuffing, Brussels sprouts, sweet potato, apricots

Oct. 5: Meatloaf, green bean casserole, mashed potatoes, fruit mix, biscuit

Oct. 6: Breaded, baked fish, cole slaw, applesauce, pie, corn bread

Oct. 9: Closed for Columbus Day

Oct. 10: Beef over biscuit, cottage cheese, broccoli salad, pie

Oct: 11: Salisbury steak, carrots, red-skin potatoes, mixed fruit, roll

Oct. 12: BBQ chicken, potato wedges, lima/corn, fruit jello, corn bread

Oct. 13: Hot turkey sandwich, mashed potatoes, mixed veggies, fruit cocktail

Oct. 16: Stir fry chicken, stir fry veggies, egg roll, fried rice

Oct. 17: Sausage loaf, sweet potato, asparagus mix

Oct. 18: Pot roast

Oct. 19: Taco salad (mild)

Oct. 20: Chicken-fried steak,

Oct. 23: Meat lasagna, salad

Oct. 24: Chili and grilled cheese sandwich, corn chips

Oct. 25: Stuffed peppers

Oct. 26: Sauerbraten, scalloped potatoes, cabbage, fruit, roll

Oct. 27: Sliced pork

Oct. 30: Shepherd's pie

Oct. 31: Chicken Parmesan
