Edwin C. Gifford of Payson died Oct. 7, 2006.
He was born Dec. 3, 1927 in Niagara Falls, N.Y.
Mr. Gifford was a veteran of World War II, serving with the U.S. Marine Corps.
A resident of the Payson area for at least 20 years, he loved playing golf and pool.
Survivors include his dear friend, Bernice Kozimor of Payson; his mother, Olga Volk of California; and a half-sister, D.J. Smith of Oklahoma.
