International evangelist coming to Payson

Pastor and International evangelist Dave Stephenson is coming to Payson to preach six powerful revival services.

Stephenson, who now pastors in Phoenix, gave his life to Jesus Christ here in Payson almost 30 years ago. At the time, he was running from God in a life full of drugs and booze.

He had friends that were dying of overdoses in the Los Angeles area. Fed up with the hippie surfing scene in California, he moved to Payson with the nickname "Crazy Dave."

In November of 1972, Dave turned from his craziness and gave his life back to Jesus Christ. Ever since then, his life has never been the same. He has been in the ministry now for 26 years. Eight years of his life was dedicated to being a missionary to the Philippines, where he left a thriving church that is still powering on today.

The miracle healing services will be held at Julia Randall Elementary School (cafeteria), 902 W. Main Street.

The dates and times are as follows: 6:30 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 4, 10:30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 5; 7:30 p.m. Monday, Nov. 6 through Wednesday, Nov. 8.

Prayer for the sick and prayer for deliverance will be offered at the end of every service.

For more information, call Pastor Dan Green, of The Potters House Pioneer Church, at (928) 468-6142.
