I have live in Payson off and on for 30 years. This poor cow that is at Pete's Place has been there as long as I can remember. This poor cow was the landmark for everyone in Payson and those from the Valley area to see, for Pete's Place at one time used to be the best eating place around, and this poor cow has nothing to do with selling of "topless pieces of meat."
I feel that a recent Roundup letter writer better think twice before he puts a sign on his 5-year-old daughter that would read, "Do I look like a cow?"
When I read this, I felt this would be degrading to his family, and there should be a better way to resolve this problem.
