Payson Police officers responded to the Oxbow Saloon at 8:41 p.m. Tuesday for a fight in progress in the parking lot.

Payson Police Commander Don Engler said when officers arrived, Ogeda was injured. He said after Ogeda was involved in a fight with Tyler E. Adams, 35, and Douglas Phillip Hale, 23, both of Tempe. The two, who were arrested at a Motel 6 in Payson, left Ogeda on the ground in the parking lot.
