I am responding to the Letter to the Editor about the barking dogs in the Sept. 15 paper.
First, I just want to say I have never heard of Payson called a city. It's a town, and from what I've always heard, it's a rural town. So, if Mr. Nelson wants to live in a city, maybe he should move to Phoenix.
Now, to my main point -- dogs bark. Plain and simple, they were created that way.
Another point I would like to argue, the worst enemy to our peace and quiet is the inconsiderate people talking and laughing outside past midnight -- not man's best friend.
