Mutual Aid

Firefighters from all over Rim Country turned out to aid the Payson Fire Department with a fire on Friday night in a back storage shed at Foxworth-Galbraith Lumber Company on Highway 87 in Payson.

General Manager Klay Clawson said that the shed contained moldings, doors and cabinets and that the fire destroyed a pallet of wood windows, causing "minimal inventory damage."

Foxworth-Galbraith was closed during the time of the fire and no injuries were reported.

Clawson said that worse damage was avoided "thanks to the quick response time of the fire departments."
