Cost Of Medicine Is High

Editor:

I am writing to you regarding the enormous cost of senior drugs. For one of my prescriptions, I pay $229.22 for 60 pills. For another, I pay $126.65 for 30 pills.

I bought five prescriptions, some were for two months and paid $500. When is this going to end. I have AARP and would advise anyone not to subscribe to them. I do not qualify for low-cost prescriptions and wonder how many people this company has made to stop their pills because they could not afford them. These are important drugs that could very easily put people in the hospital if not taken and then the insurance will really have a problem.
