Greg Decaire learns from Ray Pugel, of Coldwell Banker Bishop Realty, that he is the winner of a new Jeep Wrangler.
The drawing was held at noon Wednesday at Chapman Auto Center, which supplied the Jeep for the fund-raiser.
The new Jeep is valued at about $22,000.
This is the second time that Coldwell Banker Bishop Realty has sold tickets to benefit the Payson Area Habitat for Humanity project. They netted about $18,000 this year.
Decaire works for Payson Concrete, which is owned by George Randall. Payson Concrete purchased a ticket for each of its 45 employees.
Richard Tyler Williams, Pine, who also works for Payson Concrete, won the second-place prize, a 42-inch plasma TV.
